Anu + Pratik

There’s something magical about a wedding mandap setup in the quiet hours of the early morning. At 4 a.m., we began arranging the mandap, surrounded by the peaceful stillness of the Vermont mountains. As we were finishing up our setup the first light of dawn started to peek over the mountains, casting a soft golden hue behind the mandap. The sunrise slowly bathed the scene in natural light, transforming the Vermont landscape into a breathtaking backdrop.

Anu and Pratik envisioned their Indian wedding ceremony surrounded by nature’s beauty, and they knew the mountains would be the perfect backdrop for their special day. We chose colors to compliment both their lehnga and the sherwani with hues of red, cream and blush pinks. The ceremony was followed by their reception in a barn setting indoors. The resort had string lights all over the barn creating a twinkling effect. We chose white and green to compliment the rustic feel. We did a combination of floral and candles all over the table to match the room.
